The owner of a property can choose to manage its rental itself or to entrust it to a third party whose profession it is. The real estate or lodged property agency which provides rental management is linked to the lessor owner by a contract: the management mandate. In return for remuneration, the professional performs various contractually determined missions, including:
- Finding a tenant and preparing the lease
- The delivery of receipts in exchange for the collection of rents from the tenant
- The implementation of the annual review of the rent and the regularization of co-ownership charges
- Work to be paid by the owner
- The amicable and judicial procedure in the event of unpaid rents
- Sending the leave to the tenant
- The tax declaration of rental income
